From Route 128/93:
- Take Exit 6 off 128/93 onto Route 37 / Granite Street (South Shore Plaza - Braintree/Holbrook).
- Continue Approximately 0.8 miles down (pass South Shore Plaza on left) to five-way intersection (Braintree Five Corners).
- At intersection, Citizen's Bank will be on left.
- Bear right at intersection (keeping Dunkin' Donuts on right side) and go 1.8 miles.
- Take a right after (another) Dunkin' Donuts onto Roc Sam Park Road.
- GeoLabs is 0.1 mile down, on the left.
From Route 3:
- Take Exit 17 off Route 3 (Union St. Rotary).
- Bear right off rotary toward Motel 6 onto Union St.
- Go through 1st traffic light (under train tracks) to 2nd set of lights at top of hill.
- (Thayer Academy is directly across the street.)
- Make left at lights and take an immediate right onto Central Ave.
- Continue to end, and make left onto Route 37 / Franklin Ave.
- Go straight through 1st traffic light and at 2nd light bear right onto Pond St.
- Continue 1 mile to traffic light.
- Make left at light to stay on Pond St.
- Go 0.4 miles and turn right after Dunkin Donuts onto Roc Sam Park Road.
- GeoLabs is 0.1 mile down, on the left.
From Route 24:
- Take Exit 20A off Route 24 onto Route 139 East.
- Continue 1.5 miles to a 3rd set of lights and make left onto Route 28 North.
- Continue 0.4 miles and take right onto Allen St.
- Continue 0.7 miles to stop sign.
- Continue to the right, and take an immediate left at traffic light onto North St.
- Continue approximately 1.4 miles on North St.
- North St. in Randolph becomes Pond St. at Braintree Town Line.
- Take left less than 0.2 miles (just past Hostess / Wonder Bread), onto Roc Sam Park Rd.
- GeoLabs is 0.1 mile down, on the left.
